SEXUALLY TRANSMITTED DISEASE DIAGNOSIS, TREATMENT and TESTING  
STD diagnosis and treatment is provided through a contract with Planned Parenthood in Johnstown. Services offered under this contract are fully covered, if not covered by your insurance.  

Appointments can be made online or by calling the office.

Wednesday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm 
Thursday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
