Do you accept formal bids submitted electronically?
No. Formal bids must be submitted in hard copy format in order to ensure compliance with state bidding laws and to ensure confidentiality. Specific submission procedures are explained within each project鈥檚 bid specifications.
Do I have to submit multiple copies of my bid?
Typically, the Purchasing Office requires an Original Bid Form and one (1) copy to be submitted. At times, additional copies will be required which will be explained in each bid specification.
