As the Chief Law Enforcement office in Fulton County, the District Attorney is responsible for prosecuting all crimes in Fulton County, which is made up of 10 town courts, 2 city courts and County Court.
Beside the District Attorney, there are 5 Assistant District Attorney's responsible for various courts throughout the County and support staff, and a Crime Analyst.
The District Attorney’s Office works with local, state, and federal police agencies to assist in the enforcement of laws and the prosecution of criminals.

How do I get my traffic Ticket Reduced?
TRAFFIC TICKET REDUCTION REQUESTS
If you have been charged with a traffic violation other than Driving While Intoxicated or Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs, you may be eligible for a reduction of your charge or you may be eligible for the Traffic Diversion Program.
To apply for a possible reduction to your traffic ticket, you can send a written request to:

Please fill out and follow the instructions on the traffic reduction request form.
When your letter is received by the District Attorney’s Office, complete with all of the requirements listed on the traffic reduction form, it will be reviewed and a written offer will be mailed to you. Due to the large number of requests received by the District Attorney’s Office, it may take up to two weeks to receive a response.
Please call the local court where the ticket is pending to get your appearance date adjourned if you are hoping to do this through the mail.
If you choose to accept the offer from the District Attorney’s office SIGN THE FORM AND RETURN IT TO THE COURT. The address for the court is on the lower half of the traffic ticket. If you chose not to accept the offer, contact the court to schedule a trial.
